The countdown is on to Irlam Live, which takes place 30 May - 1 June 2025, returning for its ninth year bringing three jam-packed days of bands and fun to west Manchester at Prince's Park. The Friday line-up includes tribute acts for Queen, Foo Fighters, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Robbie Williams, Blondie, Erasure, Steps, Harry Styles, Vengaboys. Saturday and Sunday line-ups are to be announced.

Tickets for the family event are available at the Irlam Live website and are only available online and up to 8pm on event day. There are no tickets for sale at the event site. People are asked to purchase ticket before going to Irlam Live. Food and drink will be available at the festival, offering a wide variety of food stalls onsite including organic, vegetarian and vegan options.

The event takes place:

  • Friday 2 – 10pm
  • Saturday 12 – 10pm
  • Sunday 12 – 10pm

Last year’s event saw Holly Johnson, The Vengaboys, Aston Merrygold, Bad Manners, Liberty X, Artful Dodger, The Farm and many more, as well as off-stage entertainment that included a funfair, princesses and superhero walkabouts, Bubbleologist, street ping-pong and pop-up silent discos.

Irlam and Cadishead Community Festival will also be returning this year celebrating its 75th anniversary, held in August at Prince's Park at the centre of Irlam. Last year’s event saw fun for all the family at the festival, including live music and street theatre, dog show, vehicle show, market stalls, dancers, kid’s activities, tombola’s and community stalls.

The Festival has a long tradition of combining accessible family entertainment and is one of the cultural and community highlights in this area of Salford. The festival takes place over the August Bank Holiday, culminating in a firework finale.
